Michael Lawrence, Target's MD, has been featured in a new article in channel magazine CRN about the rise of Employee Owned Trusts, their benefits, and potential pitfalls as Target looks back on 6 months as an EOT in the IT channel.
CRN Editor and Incisive Media's head of channel research, Doug Woodburn, interviewed Michael Lawrence amongst others, as part of the article which shows how there may be more benefits to the owners, staff and customers of EOTs than in private sales.
In his first meeting at the Employee Ownership Association last week, Michael spent time with other Employee Owned businesses discussing how they have handled the change in ownership, how it has affected staff culture and what the reaction from their customers has been.
