Target Customer Satisfaction Survey

How Customer Feedback is Shaping Target's Future

 

Target MD, Michael Lawrence, explains how we are already using the results of the 2022 Target Customer Satisfaction Survey to benefit our customers.

We launched the 2022 Target Customer Satisfaction Survey in June, asking all of our customers how we perform as their IT distributor - questions covered everything from the products we stock to how account managers work with customers to develop their businesses and how good we are at resolving any isues along the way. In our first year as an Employee Owned Trust (EOT), where Target's success directly affects every member of staff, we need our customers to be completely honest in what they think of us, what we do right or wrong and, most importantly, how we could improve.

After all, as everyone at Target knows, "if our customers are successful, Target is successful." On behalf of Target, thank you to everyone who took part in the survey.
