2020 has been a year of adapting to exceptional situations. But our customers have adapted amazingly, changing how they operate their businesses to cope with demand, despite not being able to trade as 'normal' for a significant period.
Speaking to them about their previous experiences and how they will be adapting to new restrictions, our retail customers are a lot more positive than they were in March and April, using those previous experiences to shape how they attack the second lockdown.
